People occasionally stop by our office to ask questions we cannot answer. Here are the most frequent ones and where you should go to find the information you need.

  • Request course substitutions to be added to SASS audit. Go to the department of the major
  • Request administrative record changes (late add/drop/withdrawals) when no college or department error has occurred. Go to Student Development and Enrollment Services (SDES), Millican Hall 210
  • Remove non-CECS holds: Log onto my.ucf.edu. Click on "Holds" to show you the department you need to contact, along with the phone number and location. You can also contact Student Accounts in Millican Hall 107.
